Questions & Answers
The simple answer is no. If the product you’re buying hasn’t got a money back guarantee you won’t be protected if anything goes wrong. Where applicable, Whatbizopp reviews will always indicate whether a product has a money back guarantee or not. |

No. Unfortunately PayPal Buyer Protection does not protect you against services or products you have downloaded (for example eBooks) and will therefore not issue you a refund. Check out Paypal’s user agreement for more details on this. |

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is simply a way to move and exchange all types of files (including webpages) over the Internet and up and download them from the Internet. Whether you know it or not, you most likely use FTP all the time.
To make an FTP connection to a site (which you’ll need to do to upload files) you are best to download a dedicated FTP software program, referred to as an FTP ‘Client’. I personally use one called CyberDuck but the most popular one is probably Filezilla. |

The general rule in this type of business is that 1,000 customers is the magic figure, after which it's game-on. But again it’s not an exact science. |

It’s always a good idea, if possible, to buy both to protect your business, otherwise someone could come and set up the same domain name as you. |

Article writing can be an extremely effective way to build up traffic to your website – or a squeeze page. You should ensure that your articles are keyword rich so that they get picked up by the search engines. Ezine Articles - www.ezinearticles.com - is a top ranking article directory and is the one you should submit your articles to. Bear in mind that you will need to regularly submit articles to get the best out of this method. Make sure you include a short bio at the end of each article directing people to your landing page, preferably offering them something for free when they get there in exchange for signing up. |

Wordpress is great for anyone who wants to setup up a professional, easy-to-use website and we can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a site online quickly and with minimum fuss. You can take payments on a Wordpress website using something called a Plugin. There are a few to choose from. This one called ‘Get Shopped’ (http://getshopped.org/) comes recommended, especially if you’re using your website to sell your own products. However, if you’re looking to monetise your website (by acting as an affiliate for example) you may not need to worry about an ecommerce plugin and could be better off using a product specific one instead. Good question! Charity shops and car boots sales are great for one off books, rare books and small quantities. If you want to find cheap books to sell on Amazon in larger quantities however you will need a reliable wholesaler and be able to hold a greater inventory. Research is the key here - try doing some research online using Google if there is a specific genre of book you wish to sell, for example, educational books, fiction, non-fiction and so on. You can also take a look at The Trader - this is a magazine (available online and as a hard copy from newsagents) that is full of wholesale suppliers - many of whom don't actually advertise online. Obviously this is a tricky question to answer because one person’s idea of the ‘easiest’ way to make money online might be completely different from someone else’s. Even if you’re just starting out, there are a huge range of opportunities you can look at – many of which you’ll find featured in articles on this site. I especially like eBay and think it is the easiest way for anyone to make money online. Why? Because it’s easy to set up, instant and there are so many places to get products that you really are spoiled for choice. My personal favourite sourcing method is local auctions but I know that does not suit everyone.
